Every time in Whitby we stay in this hotel. The venue is fantastic and exceptionally comfortable with excellent staff.- The location is excellent and unbeatable, and the area is nice close to bars and restaurants. 

The overall experience provided good value, with everything being great and the staff delivering excellent service.

The staff was amazing friendly, the accommodation was ideal and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the double room with the bathroom and tea plus walk-in wardrobe. The location couldn't be more good and fantastic very close 

Everything was excellent, prime location close enough to beach, good experience. Had a luxurious and fabulous room with the bathroom, good facilities plus comfortable beds, and I couldn't ask for more. The personnel was pleasant, doing their best to assist.

The rooms were reasonably large and had coffee and tea making facilities. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent for visiting bars and restaurants nearby.

I loved the double room with nice facilities, and the hotel had a perfect location close to all the main attractions.

The staff here were extremely helpful! The hotel is in a central spot, close to all the main attractions such as the harbour and city center. It makes it easy to get around and explore central Whitby.

The rooms are modern with comfy beds and the staff is super friendly; the amenities like the kettle, central heating, and TV were nice additions.

Very well located, very friendly & courteous staff. Excellent for a relaxed long weekend.

Nothing to dislike at all.

The place was clean and the room was charming and well-equipped; it's a fantastic location near downtown, the harbor, the seaside, and the train station.

We stayed in the Lodge & could not fault any of the facilites at all. The room & bathroom was spotless & the shower was amazing!! We only stayed for 2 nights & did not expect our room to be cleaned only to find it had 

Little extras like biscuits and toiletries were a nice touch

In the parking area lines marking the spaces would help due to the fact we found it hard to find somewhere to park because the other cars had spread themselves out. Abother 2 cars could of fitted in the gaps the left.
